Terms. Fees are monthly and quoted in Namibian Dollars (N$), excluding VAT where applicable. Recurring services are billed monthly in advance; either party may end the engagement with 30 days' written notice. Boosting budgets are ad spend paid to the platforms and are separate from and additional to the monthly fee. Website development hours are a monthly allocation used as needed and reported on; unused hours do not roll over. Ad-hoc website work is billed at N$500 per hour as used. This proposal is valid for 14 days from the issue date.
